A bit about me.

I'm a Senior Business Advisor at SME Centre@SMF, where I've spent the last four years helping Singapore SMEs secure government grants and untangle operations. Before that, I ran F&B businesses myself — which is the part of my background clients tell me is most useful, because I understand what's actually happening on the floor. I work best with founders who want a real thinking partner, not someone with a checklist. Most of my clients run restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and central kitchens, which is why the F&B side is where I spend most of my time.

Advise Singapore SMEs across government grants, business diagnosis, and operational strategy. 1,993 advisory sessions since 2022 across 841 businesses, 62% of them F&B. 924 grant applications filed since 2024, 778 EEG and 141 PSG, for 428 companies. Portfolio anchored in F&B, where the operator background translates directly into client credibility. Beyond client work, I led the WIPO IP Toolkit rollout for the Group Based Upgrading Project, ran 8 capability workshops under the Business Community Engagement series, and currently serve as the de facto AI lead at SME Centre@SMF — driving AI integration across our own operations as well as advising clients on it.
